'I was resident in South Woodford for 18 months from May 2022 - November 2023 and myself, my husband and our baby/toddler used your practice. I can honestly say it was the best experience I have had with a GP practice ever - the team were polite, very quick to respond to appointment requests and I felt like you genuinely cared about our health and wellbeing. Our son had a few illnesses whilst we lived in the area and he was seen promptly and received superb care. I cannot recommend you highly enough. I just wanted to leave some positive feedback.

I joined the surgery around 7-8months ago and I can honestly say I have had nothing short of exceptional care.  All of the services have been so efficient and stress free.  I have found it easy to get through to the practice, reception staff have been friendly and helpful and I have managed to have issues resolved or be pointed in the right direction.  I recently called to reception and Rose the receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly. She managed to resolve my issue quickly and the whole process was so smooth and stress free.
I honestly can’t praise you all enough for the excellent job you are doing.  Please pass on an extra special thank you and well done to Rose too.

I was invited to say how my experience was at the surgery.  I feel so fortunate - unlike my elderly friends - to be able to reach a surgery that answers telephone calls.   I am also fortunate to be able to see a doctor and to be given a listening ear - and time and reassurance - when time is at a premium.  Those answering the telephone are extremely helpful and understanding if there is a problem - excellent!

Hi Glebeland Practice,

I just want to say a big thank you to all the doctors for their hard work and care that my family and I have recieved over the years. We have been treated with so much respect and compassion since day one, and we always feel reassured.
 
I also want to say a special thank you to all the front desk/reception and admin staff, who I contact on a regular basis for my repeat prescription. They have all been so wonderful, patient, compassionate, and responsive, which I appreciate greatly. In an ideal world, I wouldn't have to rely on healthcare services or take medication on a daily basis, but the fact is I do, but dealing with a team who I feel genuinely cares about their patients makes the experience a more pleasurable one. You can't teach or train that, and because of all of the above, me and my family massively values and trust your practice.
 
We come to you with problems, but more often than not, we leave with a reassuring smile on our faces.
 
I'd be very grateful if you could share this with the entire Glebelands Practice staff, please.

I just wanted to send you an email to say how amazing your surgery is and the care you have to your patients. I am so grateful that I can always been seen and now I have a baby I am even more thankful for you guys, who always make the time for me to come in when I’m worried about him (which as a new mum is a lot ha!) so thank you to all of you because it really has put my mind at ease through these testing times.

Hello Glebeland.  Now that some time has passed and I'm feeling a lot better. I want to thank you for your support. The last eight months have been hard, but thanks to your help, I was able to change jobs, and my life has improved for the better.

I want to thank Dr Aravindhan and the mental health advisor (apologies, I cannot remember his name). Both were kind enough to understand that I needed shelter to cover from the rain, and that's what they gave me.  Best regards

Outstanding practice 

I’ve had a number of appointments at Glebelands during April-May ‘21. Each time I’ve received excellent care and advice from the GPs and nursing staff. They always have time to listen and are both patient and thorough. The receptionists are helpful and pleasant too and it’s unusual to have to wait more than a minute or two to speak to one of the team. I consider myself very fortunate to have Glebelands as my practice.

My brother and I would like to highly commend Glebelands Practice for the exemplary care they have provided for our parents. It is a well-managed practice, embodying the real ethos of a family practice. The practitioners and support staff are courteous, friendly, reliable, efficient, up to date and well trained. His care was compassionate and thorough.  I felt immediately at ease with him, which helped me to be really honest about the symptoms I've been experiencing.  As well as being thorough during my appointment, he called a few hours later to follow up on blood test results.

I so appreciate the thought and efficiency.  He should feel very proud of the care he's delivering - as should Glebelands for consistently recruiting such brilliant staff.

"Satisfied patient for over 20 years

I registered at Glebelands Practice in 1997 at the recommendation of my previous GP.  Since that time, in my opinion, the practice has gone from strength to strength.

Their longstanding GPs are all marvelous, and even when I have to see a registrar, I am always impressed.  In addition, all the nurses I have seen have been very good, and in recent years, the receptionists have been friendly, helpful and efficient.

I personally haven't had an issued getting appointments, whether urgent or planned, especially since the advent of the online appointment system.

I know from talking to friends and family how lucky I am to be registered with such a good practice.  Carry on the great work Glebelands!"
